After graduating with a BA in Drama from Exeter University and an MA Classical Acting from Drama Centre London, Bethan worked as an actor and drama facilitator. Bethan also co-artistic directed London and Luxembourg based SIT Theatre Company before moving into fight direction, teaching dramatic combat and intimacy coordination.
She is a certified senior teacher with the British Academy of Dramatic Combat and provides bespoke training in intimacy and combat. Bethan collaborates with Anna Healey to deliver BADA’s unique Ensemble, Consent and Boundaries workshop to all LTP and MIO cohorts.
Alongside BADA, she is a visiting lecturer for CSSD, MetFilm School and Arts Ed. Bethan has fight and intimacy directed for 60+ shows at drama schools including; LAMDA, CSSD, Arts Ed, Guildhall, Metfilm, London Film School, NYT, NYMT and Civica Scuola di Teatro Paolo Grassi in Milan.
