We are pleased to introduce two new members of the BADA Team who recently joined our staff in London:

Donna Harris joined BADA earlier this month as our first Programme Support and Student Welfare Officer. In this new role, she is responsible for fostering a positive, safe and inclusive work, study and living environment for participants on all of BADA’s programs. Donna has over twenty years’ experience working in social care services, most recently as a Home Care Team Leader and Assistant Social Worker.
Donna holds a BSc Hons from London Metropolitan University in Health and Community Development.

Robert Hanwell joined BADA in the Fall 2021 as our new Facilities and Compliance Manager, working to ensure the smooth running of BADA’s facilities in London and Oxford. Robert brings with him extensive experience of operations, having worked for Millivres Prowler Ltd between 1991 and 2017 in a variety of roles including Facilities Manager, General Manager, Operations Director and Company Secretary. Since 2017 he has been a Non-Executive Director of Gay Times Limited.For the last 12 years, Robert has been a volunteer and a trainer for the Samaritans, an organization that works 24/7 to support vulnerable people across the United Kingdom.Please join us in welcoming them to the BADA family.
