Louisa Jacobson (MIO ’16) and Kelley Curran (MIO ’03) star in “The Gilded Age” Season 4

Midsummer in Oxford alumnae Louisa Jacobson (MIO ’16) and Kelley Curran (MIO ’03) are starring in the fourth season of “The Gilded Age” on HBO Max, the period drama which chronicles the great conflict between old and new in New York’s glittering Gilded Age.

Louisa stars as Miss Marian Brook, who moves to New York City after the death of her father, joining her estranged aunts at their home on East 61st Street. Kelley plays Mrs Enid van Rhijn, a former lady’s maid who engineers her own rapid rise through society.

Longtime friend of BADA, Phylicia Rashad, also stars as a prominent Newport socialite.

“The Gilded Age” Season 4 is releasing weekly on HBO Max.
